Custom SaaS & Marketplace Development

Build the first working version of subscription software, a multi-tenant platform, a marketplace, a directory or a portal — scoped as a defined product, not an open-ended build.

Budget from £15,000 for a defined MVP

How this engagement runs

You have a product people can sign up to, use and pay for, limited to the version that was specified. Later modules stay out of the first build until that version is in use.

  1. 01

    Name the first version

We write what the MVP includes — accounts, listings, bookings, subscriptions or the operational job it exists to do — and what it does not.

  2. 02

    Design the tenancy

If more than one customer will use it, their data, permissions and billing are separated from the start.

  3. 03

    Build that version

The agreed product is built: the customer-facing parts, the admin, and the operational workflow it has to run.

  4. 04

Put it in front of users

The first version is released with a plan for what is measured, and what waits for a later release.

What we do

  • A written scope for the first version
  • Subscription, marketplace, directory or portal functionality as specified
  • Separated accounts where more than one customer uses it
  • A release of that version, with later work left out

This sits with StackOS. The review is where we confirm it is the right first step.
