AI Governance & Human-in-the-Loop Systems

Decide what AI is allowed to do, who can use it, and which steps must stop for a person — then build those checks into the workflow.

How this engagement runs

The team knows the rules, the system enforces who can do what, and a person approves the steps that should not run on their own. You get a record of what happened. This is technical governance and workflow design, not a legal compliance certificate.

  1. 01

    Write the working rules

We set what AI may draft, look up, send or change, and what it must never do. The rules follow the work, not a generic policy template.

  2. 02

    Limit access

People, tools and data get only the permissions that task needs. An assistant cannot reach records or actions outside that boundary.

  3. 03

    Stop for a person

Customer-facing, financial or hard-to-undo steps wait for approval, with the draft and the context in front of the person who decides.

  4. 04

    Keep the trail

Each run records what was asked, what the system did, and who approved it, so a decision can be traced later.

What we do

  • A practical AI use policy for the work you do
  • Permissions for people, tools and data
  • Approval checkpoints before sensitive actions
  • An audit trail of runs and decisions
