How this engagement runs

The information people rely on arrives in the new system in a shape they can use. Duplicates and dead fields are dealt with before the cutover, and the old source is not switched off until the counts agree.

    See what has to move

    We list the CRMs, spreadsheets and databases in use, and which records the business still needs.

  2. 02

    Map the fields

    Each source field is matched to the new system, including the ones staff have overloaded or left blank.

  3. 03

    Clean and test

    Duplicates, broken links and obvious errors are cleaned. A sample is loaded and checked against the source before the full move.

  4. 04

    Cut over on a plan

    The migration runs to a written plan, with a validation pass and a point where the old system stops being the record.
