A document no longer waits for someone to retype it. The useful fields land in the system that should hold them, and anything that does not match a rule stops for a person.

   Name the documents

   We start with the invoices, PDFs, emails or forms that are typed in by hand, and the fields the business actually uses.

   Extract the fields

   The system reads those documents and pulls out the values you named, rather than a dump of every word on the page.

   Check before it writes

   Totals, required fields and obvious mismatches are validated. A document that fails the check is held for a person.

   Route it

   A valid document is written to the right record — accounts, the CRM, a job or a folder — and the original stays attached.
